Before You Get in Touch, Quick Answers
What to send, what it costs to start and what happens next. For technical questions on permits and NOCs, see our approvals FAQs.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation, where we review your project and confirm which Dubai authorities and NOCs are likely to apply, is free. If you go ahead, you receive a clear scope, fee and timeline to approve before any work begins.
What should I send with my enquiry?
The project location, a short description of the work, the landlord or developer’s name and your target start date are enough to begin. If you have them, add your trade licence, tenancy contract or title deed and any existing drawings. If something is missing, we will tell you what is needed.
How soon will someone reply?
A consultant reads every enquiry and replies with the next step. If your project is time-sensitive, call us or message us on WhatsApp so we can pick it up directly.
Do I need drawings before I contact you?
No. It is better to contact us before you design, because the authority, the landlord’s conditions and the structure can all change what you draw. Earlier input means fewer surprises later.
Can you visit my site?
Yes. Where the scope needs it, we arrange a site visit after the first call so we can check existing conditions before preparing any submission.
Which parts of Dubai do you cover?
We work across Dubai, including mainland areas under Dubai Municipality, free zones such as JAFZA, DIEZ and DHCC, the TECOM districts, and master-developer communities such as Nakheel, Emaar and DAMAC. If you are unsure which applies to your plot, ask us and we will confirm it.
